This Privacy Policy outlines our strict practices regarding the data processed when you use Face Score: Beauty Analyzer (the "Application") for facial beauty analysis, skin reporting, and geometric symmetry evaluation. By using the Application, you explicitly consent to the data frameworks detailed herein.

2. No Collection of Personal Identifiers

The Application is built on a privacy-first foundation. We do not require account registration, email sign-ups, or login credentials to access our core scanning and analysis utilities. Consequently, we do not collect, harvest, or log any personal identifying information (PII) such as names, physical addresses, or phone numbers.

3. Face Scanning and Facial Data Policy

        The Application explicitly adopts a strict zero-retention framework for all user-uploaded content and facial scans. When you utilize the face scanning, skin expert analysis, or beauty evaluation features, the raw photo data and facial pixels are dynamically transmitted via secure, industry-standard HTTPS encryption to our cloud servers solely for real-time automated processing. The Application does not harvest, extract, store, or retain any unique biometric geometry, facial data, or persistent identifiers. All facial analysis occurs entirely within temporary memory (RAM). The exact millisecond your comprehensive face score and skin report are delivered back to your device, all source photos and associated visual data are instantly, permanently, and irreversibly wiped from our servers. No image data or facial information is ever permanently stored on our servers, nor is it shared with, transferred to, or disclosed to any third-party entities.
    

4. Local On-Device Storage Only

All scanned faces, historical analyses, and skin dashboard data are saved and stored exclusively within your device's local filesystem or native app storage. Once our secure servers complete the dynamic analysis and return the score to your smartphone, we possess no capability to read, track, sync, or access your saved photos or scan results. You have complete ownership and total control over your history, and you can delete your data directly from the app at any time.

5. Data Security

We leverage industry-leading security mechanisms to safeguard your image data during its brief transit phase. All communication between the mobile application and our processing microservices is heavily shielded using Transport Layer Security (TLS) and HTTPS cryptographic protocols, systematically neutralizing the risk of unauthorized data interception.

6. Third-Party Disclosures

We enforce an absolute ban on third-party data distribution. We do not sell, trade, lease, rent, or disclose user photos, facial metadata, or temporal analysis files to advertising networks, analytics brokers, or marketing consortiums.

7. Policy Revisions & Continuous Compliance

We reserve the right to modify this policy to align with evolving platform guidelines (such as Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies regarding facial data) or international regulatory standards. Any modifications will become active instantly upon posting the updated text to this page.

8. DATA SHARING WITH THIRD-PARTY AI

When you use the Face Score scanning feature, your photo is transmitted to Google Gemini API for skin wellness analysis.
