Data Processing and Storage of Facial Data

To generate images, our application processes photos you provide directly on your device. We prioritize your privacy and security.

We want to state clearly: We do not collect, store, or transmit your photos, facial data, or any biometric information derived from them to our servers.

All processing and storage of sensitive data, including any facial geometry or feature points, occur locally on your own device. This data remains in your control and is not accessible to us or any third parties. The data is removed when you uninstall the application.

Your Personal Data Collected, Method of Collection, and Legal Basis

Your identity (such as name, surname, date of birth), contact (such as address, e-mail address, phone, IP, location), personal, social media, and financial information may be processed by us through technologies such as cookies, etc., by automated or non-automated methods, and sometimes obtained from third parties such as analytics providers, ad networks, search information providers, technology providers, recorded, stored, and updated, within the framework of our service and contract relationship and for the duration of it, based on the legitimate interest processing condition.

Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data

The personal data you share with us; to establish contracts with you to enable you to benefit from our services, to fulfill the requirements of the services we offer in the best way and in accordance with our agreements, to ensure that you can exercise your rights arising from these contracts, to develop our products and services in line with your needs and to inform you about these developments, as well as to bring you together with broader service providers within legal frameworks and to fulfill legal obligations (sharing of personal data with judicial and administrative authorities upon request) will be processed and updated in an appropriate and proportionate manner during the contract and service period.

To Whom and for What Purposes Your Collected Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data shared with us; may be transferred to third parties, institutions, and organizations in Turkey and abroad, with whom we have contractual relations, cooperation, and from whom we receive services to carry out our activities, as well as to judicial and administrative authorities upon request, provided that necessary technical and administrative measures are taken. (This does not include the facial data mentioned in the "Data Processing and Storage of Facial Data" section).

Your Rights as the Person Whose Personal Data is Processed

According to Article 11 of the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), everyone can exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:

  1. To learn whether personal data is being processed,
  2. To request information if personal data has been processed,
  3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  4. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, both domestically or abroad,
  5. To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  6. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
  7. To request notification of the operations made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  8. To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  9. To demand compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
